Golab Apples

Varieties	The main cultivars are Golab-e Kohanz and Shafi Abadi.
Size	Generally small, often described as a "baby" apple, fitting comfortably in a couple of bites.
Appearance	Typically round with a greenish-white to pale yellow skin, sometimes featuring a slight red blush, and a slightly rough texture.
Aroma & Taste	Exceptionally fragrant and aromatic, with a sweet, refreshing, and often slightly tart taste.
Texture	They are known for having crisp flesh but are considered soft compared to modern commercial varieties, often leading to a shorter shelf life.
Ripening Time	Very early, typically maturing 80–95 days (Kohanz) to 100–105 days (Shafi Abadi) after full bloom.
