LDPE / HDPE / PP / PA / PS

High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE): A rigid, tough, and chemically resistant resin. Applications: Milk jugs, shampoo bottles, detergent containers, grocery bags, and recycling bins. Processing: Ideal for extrusion blow moulding of bottles and injection moulding of rigid parts like caps.
Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE): A more flexible and softer version of PE with high resilience. Applications: Plastic bags (dry-cleaning, produce, bread), squeezable bottles, and plastic wraps. Processing: Widely used in extrusion for films and bags and injection moulding for flexible containers.
Polypropylene (PP): A versatile, heat-resistant resin with a high melting point. Applications: Food storage containers (microwavable), yogurt tubs, bottle caps, and "living hinges" on flip-top lids. Processing: Common in both injection moulding for hard containers and extrusion for specialized films.
