PMMA Sheet & Block, PC

PMMA (Acrylic) is the aesthetic choice. It’s more transparent than glass, highly UV resistant (it won't yellow), and polishes to a high shine. However, it’s brittle—if you hit it with a hammer, it shatters like glass
PC (Polycarbonate) is the workhorse. It is virtually unbreakable (250x the impact resistance of glass) and can be bent "cold" without cracking. The trade-offs? It scratches easily and will eventually yellow if it doesn't have a specific UV coating
